Zone presidents’ meeting rules of procedure

Based on a decision by the zone presidents in attendance at the zone presidents’ meeting at the 2006 NAC, the meeting will be an open meeting. Anyone may attend the meeting, however, only zone presidents or their appointed representatives (proxy holders) may speak and cast votes at the meeting. Other attendees may be invited to speak by the zone presidents if they are able to provide pertinent information with respect to a question on the floor.
