All patrollers (new, returning, and transfers) must complete an annual fundraising commitment. Fundraising enables us to keep our membership fees low and helps us purchase training supplies, equipment, uniforms, radios, and much more.

You can complete your fundraising commitment for the year by working for 8 hours at the Calgary New & Used Ski Sale in October. Working at the ski sale is lots of fun and there is a wide range of roles available (sales, cash, security, parking lot, etc.).You can sign up for volunteer shifts starting at 8:00 a.m. on September 8. Sign up early in September to get the shifts/duties you prefer.

If you can’t do your shifts personally, you can ask a friend or a family member to work on your behalf. Just add your friend or family member’s name to your volunteer profile on the signup website.
