Are you thinking about transferring from Calgary Zone to another Zone? Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Contact the Calgary Zone President and let them know you’re interested in transferring if possible.
  2. The Calgary Zone President will contact the destination’s Zone President. The destination Zone President will ask the Calgary Zone President if you are a patroller in good standing. The destination Zone President may also ask for a reference. The Calgary Zone President may ask your current PL whether or not they would recommend you and/or ask them to provide a reference.
  3. If the destination Zone President agrees to accept the transfer, the destination Zone President will inform the Calgary Zone President. The Calgary Zone President will let you know whether or not the transfer has been accepted. Transfers are only possible if the destination Zone can accommodate an additional patroller on its roster.
  4. The Calgary Zone President will then notify our VP Administration to transfer you to the new zone in YETI. Once you are transferred in YETI, Calgary Zone can no longer see your membership data.
