The organizers have structured the conference to be practical, hands-on modules. There will be various sessions conducted during the week ranging from leadership training, toboggan skills, on snow AFA, working with adaptive athletes, ski improvement, and other special topics. (for toboggan skills, the plan is to have multiple styles of toboggans available and review recommendations and limitations from OEMs).

Any CSP member is welcome to attend, and the target audience for this conference is New and Upcoming Leaders within the CSP.

Zones are encouraged to identify future leaders of the organization and nominate them to attend the conference. If you are interested in attending, contact your PL.
