Compos\u00e9e de b\u00e9n\u00e9voles hautement entra\u00een\u00e9s et de quelques membres professionnels, cet organisme d&rsquo;ordre national est reconnu pour la promotion de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans les centres de ski ainsi que pour ses services de secourisme et de premiers soins.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Pr\u00e8s de 5000 membres responsables de la PCS fournissent un service uniforme et hautement qualifi\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;industrie du ski \u00e0 travers tout le Canada. La PCS offre \u00e0 ses membres une formation solide en premiers soins, en r\u00e9animation cardio-respiratoire ainsi que de la formation sur pente ou sur piste. Nos membres patrouillent en ski alpin, en ski de fond, en planche \u00e0 neige et\/ou en t\u00e9l\u00e9mark. Certains patrouilleurs peuvent m\u00eame patrouiller les sentiers de raquettes de leur centre.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">La grande majorit\u00e9 de nos membres font partie de patrouilles fonctionnant sous la gestion de la PCS (Patrouille Canadienne de Ski), tandis que d&rsquo;autres choisissent d&rsquo;exercer leurs habilet\u00e9s et comp\u00e9tences aupr\u00e8s de centres dont la patrouille est priv\u00e9e.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">La zone poss\u00e8de sa propre \u00e9quipe de formateurs en premiers soins qui s&rsquo;occupe chaque ann\u00e9e de la requalification des anciens patrouilleurs ainsi que de la formation des recrues.
