This season marks 50 years of patrolling from November to early May. The Marmot patrol is organized into two weekend groups, the Camelherders and the Roadrunners and there have been over 350 Alumni in 50 years of patrolling. The current Marmot patrol is organizing a 50<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0Anniversary celebration on Saturday April 7<sup>th<\/sup>. On-hill events include a toboggan race and the longest skis with safety straps will probably automatically win. There is a Banquet on <span class=\"aBn\"><span class=\"aQJ\">Saturday<\/span><\/span>\u00a0night and over 100 Alumni are currently RSVP\u2019ed.\u00a0 If you haven\u2019t been contacted yet, please send an email to Mike Palamarek, Patrol Leader at Marmot Basin and a 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0generation Camelherder (<\/span><a href=\"mailto:mikep@cybertech.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">mikep@cybertech.ca<\/span><\/a><span lang=\"EN-US\">).
