2023 Mountain Division Ski Improvement Clinic – 3 clinic weeks; details, registration info announced

The CSP Mountain Division is stoked to announce the details of, and registration information for, the 2023 Canadian Ski Patrol Mountain Division Ski Improvement Clinic at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort.

The 2023 clinics will be bigger and better than ever! For the first time, Mountain Division is offering three clinic weeks:

• Week 1, January 22 to 27, 2023.
• Week 2: February 5 to 10, 2023.
• Week 3: February 26 to March 3, 2023.

The venue is amazing, the instruction is superb, and the social atmosphere is unmatched. This event, now well into its fourth decade, has attracted hundreds of satisfied CSP members and their friends and family from across Canada and around the world.

The program includes four days of group lessons in either skiing or snowboarding, five days of lift access and a celebratory banquet on the Thursday night, all at the world-class venue of Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. Attendees receive group ski or snowboard instruction for more than 20 hours across four days, in groups of comparable competencies to optimize learning. There’s a full and fun social agenda, and attendees also have access to great discounts on food, retail goods, fine dining, and many other offerings. This event is unparalleled.

Program pricing is incredibly competitive, with the full adult program package of lifts, lessons and the banquet coming in at a very reasonable $633, a slight increase from 2022 to reflect higher supplier costs. Pricing for accommodation (booked separately) is up a smidgen from that offered for the 2022 clinic, making this an incredible bargain. Accommodation pricing for the newly added Week 3 is modestly higher, reflecting seasonal market conditions.

Although COVID-19 concerns have abated, the 2023 event will adhere to contemporary B.C. Ministry of Health guidelines and requirements.
