Dear division presidents and zone presidents,
- Name Badges – Due to a number of requests from zone presidents, the next order deadline for name badges will be moved up to January 5. Please remember that the badges will be shipped to one address per zone. The order form is available here, and completed forms can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not change the file format from MS Excel (.xls) as this presents issues for the manufacturer.
- National Office Holiday Closure – the national office will be closed from Friday, December 22, until 9:00 AM on Monday, January 8, for the Christmas holiday.
- Finalizing Registrations – zone presidents are responsible to ensure their completion lists are finalized by the deadlines shown. As the ability to mark members “inactive” was reserved to national office only, any zone that requires a change in status should have submitted the names of the affected members by now. Please email Greg McCormick, VP Brand and Partners – email@example.com – and Renee Thivierge, Manager – firstname.lastname@example.org – detailing the reasons for the change. Please note the deadline was December 1, however we’re still receiving these requests as of December 22. Requests received after January 5, 2018 will not be considered.
