Why are you getting this?
You are now a member of the Canadian Ski Patrol. You have joined a team of professional – passionate – proud patrollers across Canada at more than 200 alpine and Nordic ski resorts. You have now completed your on-snow evaluations and are considered a certified patroller with both advanced first aid and on-snow, or on-snow first certification. Congratulations! Welcome to the team.
What’s this all about?
Each year we review our on-snow training to ensure the content reflects the required skills and protocols to achieve the desired outcomes for our on-snow certification. We are also continually working to improve the presentation of course content, and to prepare our dedicated group of on-snow instructors across the country to instruct, support, coach and mentor new candidates to meet the high standards of the Canadian Ski Patrol.

The link below will take you to a feedback questionnaire about your experience during your on-snow training. The questionnaire covers various aspects of your course.
The questionnaire is anonymous but does collect information identifying your division, zone, and patrol, so that we can provide feedback to these levels to support preparation for next year. Each question or request for comment in the questionnaire requires a response if marked with an * (an asterisk) before you can move to the next page. If you have no comment in a comments section, please indicate “no comment.”
You have one opportunity to respond to the questionnaire. Once you start, please complete and submit it. The questionnaire, on average, takes less than 10 minutes to complete depending on your input. The deadline for completion is midnight on August 3, 2025.
Concerns about your course?
If you have concerns regarding your experience in your course that may be related to the CSP mutual respect policy, code of conduct, or code of ethics, please direct these to the appropriate executive member within your zone. We are unable to investigate specific concerns due to the anonymous nature of the survey.
