Want Helly Hansen winter uniform pieces to wear patrolling this year?
It’s the time of year to start thinking about what HH CSP uniform items you’d like to order for the coming 2025-2026 winter season.
Get your order request and money into your patrol leader quickly while quantities last. Individual patrollers cannot place national HH uniforms online. All orders must be placed by your zone.
This article will walk you through the following details:
- Ordering deadlines and product availability.
- Information on products available this year to members.
- The ordering process and shipping details.
- Returns and reimbursement considerations.
Ordering deadlines and product quantities
Be sure to have your uniform order to your PL no later than November 21, 2025. There are two reasons for this:
- Stock (of each style and sizing) is limited, and once a style and size sell out, we won’t have any again until the fall of 2026.
- The sooner your zone submits its order, the sooner your item will ship. We would love every patroller who orders a Helly Hansen uniform to have it in their hands, ready for their first patrol shift of this season.
Product offering for the 2025-2026 winter patrol season
New accessories for 2025-2026
Radio Harness – perfect if your current patrol jacket or vest doesn’t have a suitable chest pocket to wear insert your radio while patrolling. This harness is lightweight, comfortable, without the bulk of other chest harnesses.
Knee Pads – compatible with the HH pants that have pockets sewn into the knees inside them, streamlining your kit for comfort when assisting on scene with patients.
Suspenders – an alternative to wearing a belt or if you’re not keen on bib pants.
The ordering process and shipping
Provide your uniform order (style name, style number, size and quantity) to your PL or zone uniform delegate. Patrol uniforms are not available for purchase on the HH website, and zones must submit uniform orders as group orders to reduce shipping costs. Check with your zone on how it will manage collecting payments for each uniform order.
Returns and reimbursement considerations
All patrollers should refer to the measurement sizing charts in the catalogue to identify their appropriate item size. We want to limit the number of returns required by our members. Some items are final sale.
If you need to make a return, please reach out to your PL to coordinate this process as it must be facilitated through the national office. All returned items must be unworn with all tags and labels still attached to the product.
