This year marks a big milestone in our implementation of Yeti for member management.

The new CSP Learning Centre, available from the Members page is now fully integrated with Yeti. Member enrolment in the learning centre courses and exams will now be managed through Yeti.

The most important task for zone and division administrators will be to ensure that returning members are renewed in Yeti and their membership status is set to “Current.” New members need to be registered in Yeti with their status set as “New.”

Please be aware that Yeti will change a member’s status from "Current" to "Renewal Ready” at 90 days before the expiry date of membership status. This will cause the learning centre to unenroll that member from courses and exams. Any work that a member has completed in the learning centre will be lost. Membership status needs to be renewed before members begin course work, to prevent this.

Training on the new system has been underway since May. Contact your zone and division managers for assistance on managing your members in Yeti.
