Upcoming AGM 2025 meetings
There are two meetings approaching for the 2025 AGM. Please note the following in your calendars. We invite all active and current members to attend each virtual meeting.
Meeting 1 – Town Hall (financial results for 2025 fiscal year and a meet the candidates session.)
- September 4, 2025 at 7 p.m. EDT
Meeting 2 – Annual General Meeting of the Members
- September 14, 2025 at 1 p.m. EDT
Both meetings will be recorded and use simultaneous interpretation. The virtual meeting coordinates and links will be made available soon. Once confirmed, we will post them on the AGM 2025 page on the members website (login to website is required).
We look forward to having our members attend both meetings if they are available.
