Dear CSP member,
The annual general meeting of the members of the Canadian Ski Patrol was held on Saturday, June 8, 2019 in Toronto, Ontario. Included in the agenda was the election of three directors to the Board and we are pleased to welcome:
Jodie-Marc Lalonde, Muskoka Zone (Ontario Division)
Stéphane Niles, Fundy Zone (Atlantic West Division)
Don Silverman, Ogopogo Zone (Pacific South Division)
We extend a sincere thank-you and best wishes to Ron Cameron, Jeffrey Reath, and Denis Dion, all of who will be leaving the Board, for their service as directors.
Leading the board of directors as the Chairperson this year will be Marco Romani of Eastern Townships Zone (Québec Division). Marco succeeds Anne Haley-Callaghan, Palliser Zone (Mountain Division), who served as our first female chair for the previous two years and elected not to re-offer for the role.
Finally, the CSP extends its thanks to all of the members who put their name forward as a board candidate.
