This is to advise you that we will be issuing a Patrol Bulletin this week with instructions for members to join the Town Hall, All-Candidates meeting, and Annual General Meeting.\u00a0 You will also receive these emails as a member.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Key items that you should be aware of:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. These meetings will be simultaneously interpreted in French and English.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. The service provider for these meetings is using the ZOOM platform.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. The link for the meetings will be available on the website prior to the meeting, but will not be active until one hour before the meeting.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. The meetings are tied to a strict timetable.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. There will be a telephone link as well as a normal,\u00a0computer-based\u00a0link for the calls (interpretation available through computer audio only).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
