Membership fees and incremental billing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The\u00a02021-2022<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">national membership fees remain unchanged by the CSP Board of Directors at $144.06.\u00a0 This memo outlines the billing and payment procedures for the season.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Please be advised\u00a0the interim billing procedures will be effective as of September 15,\u00a02021<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Interim billing is the process of incrementally invoicing the zones for membership qualification\/requalification fees.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Consistent with prior year(s) the CSP billing procedure will be spread out over 5 individual payments of 20% each over a consecutive 5-month\u00a0period.\u00a0 Under this process and in order not to burden cash flow, zones can remit small, continuous payments as the qualification season progresses.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">The final invoice\u00a0(reconciliation\u00a0invoice)\u00a0will be\u00a0where any differences between prior year registrations and current year registrations\u00a0are\u00a0resolved.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span data-contrast=\"auto\">2021-2022\u00a0Billing Procedures<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">At the direction of the CSP\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Co-Executive Directors,\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">the national office will issue interim invoices utilizing percentages based on the 2020\/2021\u00a0completed, eligible voting registrations as determined by the national office.\u00a0 The process will commence on September 15, 2021\u00a0as follows:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Invoice #1 Sep 15, 2021\u00a0with payment due on\/or before Sep 30, 2021<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Invoice #2 Oct 15, 2021\u00a0with payment due on\/or before Oct 31, 2021<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Invoice #3 Nov 15, 2021\u00a0with payment due on\/or before Nov 30, 2021<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Invoice #4 Dec 15, 2021\u00a0with payment due on\/or before Dec 31, 2021<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Invoice #5 Jan 15, 2022\u00a0with payment due on\/or before Jan 31, 2022<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">YETI\u00a0member registration deadline is on\/or before December 15, 2021\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Card return deadline is on\/or before Jan 15, 2022<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Cards returned after Jan 15, 2022\u00a0must have written approval<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Payments must be received as outlined and delinquency may result in the holdback of membership cards and is at the discretion of the\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Co-Executive Directors<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,\u00a0as\u00a0a\u00a0failure to remit may result in the loss of the zone\u2019s voting privileges.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><span
