Zones, patrols, and individual patrollers put incredible efforts into successful recruiting programs. This year, the focus is on retention and providing some tools and guidance for all patrollers to help make the CSP a positive, welcoming experience.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Our recruitment and retention team believes the retention effort should equal results and impact.
