And it’s time to make it easier for all who use it.<\/p>\n Individuals are invited to apply for a position on the website audit committee and help us refresh the public-facing and member-facing websites. Below is the outline of why we are doing this audit and who we would like to join the committee.<\/p>\n What is a website audit, and why do we have one?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n A website audit is an in-depth review of a site to determine the overall “health” of the content, functionality, search engine optimization (SEO), user experience (UX) and general design.<\/p>\n We need to audit the current national site to figure out where we can make improvements.<\/p>\n By improving the performance of our website, we can create a better experience for our members, potential members, external partners and funding prospects.<\/p>\n Who should consider applying for the committee?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n We are seeking members who may have:<\/p>\n Time commitment<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n This project will take several months to complete. People considering applying for the committee should anticipate a time commitment of approximately two to four hours per week, with a monthly committee meeting.<\/p>\n How to apply<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Please send a letter and your resume showcasing experience as noted above, to Kerri Loudoun, committee chair (kerri.loudoun@skipatrol.ca<\/span><\/a>), to be received by September 30, 2022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The committee chair will contact potential committee members for a brief video call interview (via Teams).<\/p>\n\n
