The meetings will be simultaneously interpreted in English and French to allow all members to participate.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n These meetings will be held using the ZOOM platform. Please download and test the app to your computer, tablet or smartphone prior to the meetings. When you log in, please choose either French or English as the language you wish to participate in during the meeting.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Please note that the links for the meetings will not be active until one hour prior to each meeting time. The meetings will be held to a strict timetable.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n All pertinent documents and information related to these upcoming meetings can be found by logging into the member\u2019s side of the national website and clicking on the AGM 2022 link in the top navigation pane.<\/p>\n Date: September 14, 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n Time: 7:00 \u2013 10:00 p.m. EDT<\/strong><\/p>\n This meeting is being held to provide an overview of the combined financial results for the 2022 fiscal year ended March 31, 2022, followed by a question and answer session with the candidates for election to the board of directors for this year.
