The board of directors of the Canadian Ski Patrol is elected under the authority of By-law 1, Section 5.01. At this time, there are seven directors.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The voting period will be held from September 7, 2025 through September 14, 2025, via electronic vote. Voting will close at the annual general meeting of members to be held virtually via teleconference. There will be three vacancies on the board of directors. Each vacancy is for a three-year term, expiring at the annual meeting of members in 2028.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Candidates are encouraged to complete the nomination application form as soon as practicable.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The nomination form is an online application and can be accessed by clicking on this link:<\/div><\/span><\/p>\n
