Please note the following:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1em;\"><b>Only voting members of the CSP may make a member\u2019s proposal that would be voted on at the AGM, and vote on a member\u2019s proposal. If a non-voting member wishes to make a proposal the proposal must be moved and seconded by a zone president. Zone presidents are the CSP\u2019s only voting members.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1em;\">A member\u2019s proposal may include a statement from the member in support of the proposal. The statement shall not be more than 500 words in length.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1em;\">\n<li>The statement must state the nature of the proposal in sufficient detail to allow a member to make a reasoned judgement on the proposal. Proposals will be reviewed for completeness and clarity. A member may be asked to amend a proposal for completeness and clarity.<\/li>\n<li>Proposals must include financial implications, if any, including but not limited to expenditures, revenue, or budget implications.<\/li>\n<li>A proposal may not conflict with federal or provincial law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1em;\">Submitted proposals will be considered at the CSP 2025 Annual Meeting of Members on <strong>September 14, 2025<\/strong>.
