The board of directors and the co-executive directors are looking for a member to fill the position of national HR portfolio leader.<\/p>\n

Position overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The national human resources portfolio leader is a volunteer leadership role responsible for the strategic oversight and operational coordination of human resource functions within the Canadian Ski Patrol. This role ensures that HR policies, practices, and systems promote a safe, inclusive, respectful, and legally compliant environment for all volunteers and employees across the organization.<\/p>\n

This leader advises national leadership, collaborates with divisional and zone teams, and supports CSP\u2019s mission through HR planning, education, issue resolution, and governance. As a steward of CSP\u2019s people-first culture, the HR portfolio leader leads policy development, promotes respectful conduct, and fosters a high-performance volunteer environment.<\/p>\n
