It is now the CSP Financial Advisory Committee (FAC).<\/p>\n<p>The\u202fFAC\u202fis a standing committee of the CSP Board of Directors. Its\u202fobjective\u202fis to oversee the integrity of financial reporting, ensure the effectiveness of internal controls, and manage the audit process. It\u202fassists\u202fthe board in fulfilling its governance responsibilities by ensuring that the organization adheres to financial and ethical standards and\u202fproperly manages\u202fits risks.<\/p>\n<p>The current members of the FAC are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Andrew Raymer<\/li>\n<li>Farrah Fatideh<\/li>\n<li>Steve Reeves<\/li>\n<li>Tim Manery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The board representatives are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sam Morcos<\/li>\n<li>Amy Scullion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are ready to take on the challenges of the coming year with the new team.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Sam Morcos, Board Director (sam.morcos@skipatrol.ca) At the end of the last fiscal year, the CSP board of directors approved revised terms of reference, and a new name for what was formerly the financial oversight committee.
