This role ensures that HR policies, practices, and systems promote a safe, inclusive, respectful, and legally compliant environment for all volunteers and employees across the organization.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n This leader advises national leadership, collaborates with divisional and zone teams, and supports CSP\u2019s mission through HR planning, education, issue resolution, and governance.
