Do you want to do something different with your winters, feel good about helping people, and make a lot of friends while you\u2019re doing it?\u00a0 <\/span>Then join us on March 1, 2025 at Ski With the Patrol Day<\/b> to learn more about the Ski Patrol, what a typical patroller\u2019s day is like, and how you can become a volunteer member of this national organization.<\/p>\n The Canadian Ski Patrol (CSP) is looking for snowboarders, alpine and cross-country skiers interested in joining the patrols in Saskatchewan Division. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Belonging to the Ski Patrol is a great way to get more out of your winter experience.\u00a0 <\/span>Our volunteers are trained in a nationally recognized first aid course and on-snow rescue skills.\u00a0 <\/span>We belong to a great organization with a broad range of people from all age groups and walks of life.\u00a0 <\/span>We all share a common love of skiing and snowboarding and helping people.<\/p>\n The CSP is a national organization whose 4,500 volunteers promote safety and provide first-aid and rescue services to skiers and snowboarders in need at over 300 ski areas across Canada.<\/p>\n Members must be 18 years of age or older and snowboard, downhill or cross-country ski at an intermediate or better level.\u00a0 <\/span>All other training will be provided by the Patrol.<\/p>\n At Ski With the Patrol Day, we will pull back the curtain and show you what goes on during a typical patroller\u2019s day.\u00a0 <\/span>We\u2019ll show you the equipment we use, give you a glimpse at some out our procedures, and outline the training requirements.<\/p>\n Ski With the Patrol Day events are being held at the following ski areas:<\/p>\n\n
