Ideally your gear should be no more than five years old to meet current safety guidelines - we will turn away any gear that looks unsafe. show website for the time and location to check in your gear.<\/p>\n<p>When you get there:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We will sell you a tag for $3.00 per item (we accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and debit).\u00a0 This is your price tag (as shown here).<\/li>\n<li>You will choose between a regular tag and a &#8220;red tag&#8221;.\u00a0 All red tags are discounted an additional 25% on Sunday.<\/li>\n<li>You will assign a price and a size for each item.<\/li>\n<li>We will then gather your personal information and enter it into our database\u00a0 Your price tag will now be linked to your information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Express Check In:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Want to save time when you arrive?\u00a0 You can go to our on-line registration to fill in your personal information.\u00a0 A QR code will be generated.\u00a0 You will need to bring this QR code with you so we can scan it in.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I have over 20 pieces of gear.\u00a0 This will take a long time to check in!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you have 20 or more pieces of gear, you can contact manager@winterexteme.com, and he will send you a consignment package.\u00a0 This will allow you to check in similar to our sold<\/li>\n<li>We will mail you a check for any gear sold<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Unsold Gear<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Any gear that is not picked up by the specified date will be considered a donation to the
