Once you have completed your online re-qualification course, these are your next steps:
1. Email mattelliscsp@gmail.com with Subject Line “CSP Returnee Registration”
2. Will receive an email either requesting an updated Vulnerable Sector Check or with the Registration Form.
3.1 Send updated Vulnerable Sector Check form to Matt Ellis and the registration form will be sent to you.
3.2 OR Fill out Registration form and email it back to mattelliscsp@gmail.com along with payment as described on the form.
4. You are now set for the 2020-2021 season.
