This just in from Zone President Michael Cava:
To patrol with the CSP during the 2020/21 season, you MUST:
- Complete the required re-qualification modules on National’s e-Learning site.
- Pay your membership dues.
- Fill out and submit your registration form.
- Be registered on the National Database System as an ACTIVE patroller.
The deadline for completion of steps 1 through 3 was Thursday November 5, 2020 (coincidentally Guy Fawke’s Day in the UK).
If you have not completed the above steps and intend to patrol during the 2020/21 season, then you must do so immediately upon receipt of this issue of the News Blast.
Note that in normal pre-COVID times, the old-style re-certifications were completed by the end of October.
Note that for members that have not yet been registered for the 2020/21, this will be last reminder sent out. The process has been comprehensively covered in previous News Blasts, and it’s time to move on to communicating the exciting challenges and events of the upcoming season.
For those who have decided not to patrol in the 2020/21 season
- If you are leaving the CSP, then please email Michael Cava here to arrange return of your patrol jacket.
- If you wish to take a one-year leave of absence, then please email Michael Cava to let him know.
