18:15 Annual General Meeting (four required votes)

18:30 – 19:00 Awards Ceremony (2019/20 Season)

We will also be hosting potential rookies for an in-person information session at 17:30

Attendance will be limited to 100, including active members and family members. Please reserve your spot by filling out the RSVP form located here. Note that the RSVP form has mandatory COVID-19 questions. You will also have to fill out a paper version of this when you arrive at the event.
