On January 27 and 28, 2021, a training and education summit was held online. Questions were received in advance, and the education team provided detailed answers and excellent discussions. Responses included guidance on how CSP researches the first aid program, the oversight related to all first aid programs offered in Canada, first aid manual details, and much more.
