As a member of the National Training and Development portfolio, the Director of Instructor Certification Program contributes to the management of the educational resources associated with the certification of instructors and instructor trainers. This contribution is done with respect to the ongoing development of the members of the Canadian Ski Patrol in accordance with strategic direction from the Vice President – Training and Development.
