Registration for the 2021-2022 season is now live. We hope you choose to register this year, and for many more years to come. Retention of CSP members is a top priority, especially given the challenges faced during last season. Zones, patrols and individual patrollers put forth incredible efforts into successful recruiting programs. This year the focus is on retention and providing some tools and guidance for all patrollers to help make the CSP a positive, welcoming experience. Our recruitment and retention team believes the retention effort should equal results and impact. We have been actively developing the following resources to help with retention:
- Membership non-renewal matrix – to identify where efforts to retain members yield the best results.
- First year patroller timeline for retention touch points – shows the major retention efforts involved during the first year of CSP membership.
- Returning patroller timeline for retention touch points – shows the major retention efforts involved during the subsequent years of CSP membership.
