A recommendation from the recent communications audit was to offer additional tools to the organization’s various levels, assisting in creating content aligned with the CSP strategic plan, branding, messaging and values.
To facilitate this, we have expanded the original Brand Guidelines that lived on the NDS to be more comprehensive and better meet your varied needs!
COMMUNICATIONS GUIDE – ONE LOCATION, ALL THE RESOURCES
We have created a page on the members’ website that will house all the tools and downloadable resources to develop your communications.

Here you will find a variety of tips and tools members can use when creating content like:
- Newsletters/Articles
- Social media posts
- Brochures and flyers
- Capturing still imagery and video footage
Downloadable resources currently include:
- Full CSP logo suite (including Division and Zone logos)
- Stationary Suite (including Word documents with letterhead, PowerPoint templates, Presentation Adobe Illustrator files and more)
- Font suite (Myriad Pro Condensed and Myriad Pro Regular)
ADDITIONAL TOOLS & RESOURCES ADDED OVER TIME
Over the coming months, we will continue to add relevant and valuable tools and information to assist you with your communications needs.
In addition, we intend to create a library of digital assets you can access to produce engaging content for your patrollers. The library will house still images and video files ideal for use on social media channels.
We will send update emails as we add new items to this resource page.
