We are looking to fill the position of communications coordinator in the marketing and communications portfolio. As communications coordinator, you will be responsible to assist the portfolio leader and other portfolio team members as required.

Major responsibilities include:
- Assist with content creation.
- Facilitate translation requests with the translation portfolio.
- Create and edit new or existing content pages within the skipatrol.ca web properties.
Key attributes:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage expectations and outcomes in discussions with portfolio members.
- Superior time management and organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Two or more years experience in a communications or marketing role.
- High level of proficiency using Drupal, Joomla, and WordPress CMS.
- Basic HMTL and CSS knowledge.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g. experience using Canva).
- Exceptional writing and interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint and capable of creating visually compelling presentations.
- Knowledge of email marketing software (e.g. Constant Contact/Mailchimp).
