At the end of the last fiscal year, the CSP board of directors approved revised terms of reference, and a new name for what was formerly the financial oversight committee. It is now the CSP Financial Advisory Committee (FAC).

The FAC is a standing committee of the CSP Board of Directors. Its objective is to oversee the integrity of financial reporting, ensure the effectiveness of internal controls, and manage the audit process. It assists the board in fulfilling its governance responsibilities by ensuring that the organization adheres to financial and ethical standards and properly manages its risks.

The current members of the FAC are:

  • Andrew Raymer
  • Farrah Fatideh
  • Steve Reeves
  • Tim Manery

The board representatives are:

  • Sam Morcos
  • Amy Scullion

We are ready to take on the challenges of the coming year with the new team.
