As a member of the National Training and Development portfolio, the Director of Professional Development contributes to the management of the training resources associated with the advancement of professional training. This contribution supports the ongoing development of the members of the Canadian Ski Patrol, in accordance with strategic direction from the Vice President – Training and Development.
