Learn about how to place Helly Hansen uniform orders for the 2023-2024 winter season
This email walks zones through how to use our new online portal to determine inventory numbers, product pricing and to make order payments.
Only authorized users will have access to the site with a unique code provided by the CSP national office.
Enter your code from the landing page to be taken to the product section. All zone presidents and division presidents have received codes. That code is not to be shared.
Once logged in, you will see all the products available. Please, read the important information at the top of the page.
This site is an ordering and inventory tracking site. You can select the size and quantity and see the live inventory below. The system will not let you order that item or size if there is no stock. Product descriptions are available on the member’s website HH uniform page. Please remember to advise patrollers they need to login to the member’s website first.
All orders require full payment at the time of checkout. The Stripe payment system accepts all major credit and debit cards. It is best to bulk order to reduce shipping costs.
When done, click on the shopping cart icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen, and you can review your order. From there, click on the “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” button at the bottom of the page.
Fill in the billing and shipping address sections on the checkout page. Completing both areas is mandatory, even if it is the same address. Mandatory fields are indicated by an asterisk (*). Taxes and shipping are automatically calculated once you select your province.
All orders are shipped directly from Helly Hansen and should arrive within two weeks.
You will receive a confirmation and receipt email once you’ve checked out, and a receipt from our payment portal, Stripe. Please look in your junk mail if you are still waiting to see it. The confirmation has your ORDER NUMBER to use for reference in the future. The transaction will show up on your credit card or bank statement as Canadian Ski Patrol.
