I joined the ski patrol in 1972, yes that’s reindeer red jackets. From that point forward, I became committed to this organization. I believed in its purpose and its value to the skiing community. With commitment comes engagement.
Through my years with the CSP I worked in many positions: Patrol Leader, Zone VP Finance, Trainer, Zone President, Division President and now on the Board of Directors. These positions have enlightened me in different aspects of the CSP and the value of our patrollers.
I retired from the Ontario Government (Liquor Control Board of Ontario), with 30 years managing stores and districts. If I took one thing away from those years is “collaboration and communication allow for good business decisions,” – that if you wish to discuss anything with me, please don’t hesitate.
