After nine months of effort from a committee of ten, we are pleased to present a summary of the communications audit findings to the membership.

This summary presentation walks you through the purpose of the audit, our findings and recommendations to the board of directors, and the methodology we used to develop an approach to improve the CSPs communications.

What’s next?

We will now start to incorporate the proposed recommendations (with approval from the board) into the communications efforts with the portfolio teams.
